- Audit Your Numbers: Where are your leads coming from? How many are converting? And what are you doing with that data.
- Identify the Gaps: Are you missing systems or failing to use them to the best of their ability. Do you have processes in place to make sure that all your data is at your finger tips and can be assessed regularly.
- Create a Plan: Focus on practical steps to address the biggest gaps first.
